Marie Roehm and Bill Erkelens, resident Owners/Managers.

Marie and Bill bought this place in 1997; formerly Leavitt Ranch, it had two old barns and no arenas or drainage but lots of potential.  We live here with our horses and dogs, providing round the clock security and supervision.  We try to make some improvements each year.  We dabble in a variety of equestrian and nautical activities.

Julio Perez, Foreman

Julio grew up with working ranch horses and then spent time at the track.  He worked for the Leavitts and has been with us since we bought the property, providing reliable horse care, landscaping and maintenance.

DOGS and CATS (Rodent control, supervision and entertainment)

Marie and Bill fondly remember past Labrador Retrievers.  Our community includes numerous barn cats.  Boarders are welcome to bring well behaved dogs.
